Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Aspirant Sathi (the "Platform"), operated by Digital Pathway ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.

1. Who can use Aspirant Sathi

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to create an account. If you're a minor, a parent or guardian should review these Terms with you. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. What the Platform offers

Aspirant Sathi provides mock tests, sectional tests, previous-year question (PYQ) papers, test series, study materials and flashcards for competitive exam preparation. Some content is free to every registered user; some is available only to active Premium subscribers, as shown on each item and on our Pricing page.

3. Premium subscriptions and payments

A Premium subscription unlocks Premium-marked content for the exact period you purchase (currently monthly or yearly). It is a one-time purchase for that period — it does not automatically renew or re-charge you. When the period ends, your access reverts to the free tier until you purchase again.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank account details — Razorpay handles that directly. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how refunds work.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Share your account or login with anyone else, or use another person's account.
• Copy, scrape, resell or redistribute questions, answers, explanations or study material from the Platform.
• Attempt to bypass server-side timing, scoring or access controls, or otherwise interfere with the integrity of a test.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or to upload content that infringes someone else's rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Referral & Earn

If you take part in our Refer & Earn program, points are awarded per the rules shown in-app at the time, which we may adjust from time to time. We may withhold or reverse points earned through fraudulent, duplicate or abusive referrals.

6. How scoring works

Every test is timed and evaluated on our server, not in your browser — your device never calculates or stores your final score. Once you submit an attempt, the exact question version, options and marking scheme used at that moment are locked to your result; a later correction to a question does not change a result you already have.

7. Intellectual property

All questions, explanations, study material and platform content are owned by Digital Pathway or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use this content for your own exam preparation — nothing more.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is." We work to keep questions accurate and the Platform available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that using it will result in any particular exam outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over Digital Pathway's place of business.
