Account Deletion

You can delete your Aspirant Sathi account at any time, either from inside the Platform or by emailing us directly.

1. Delete your account from the Platform

While signed in, go to Profile (from the sidebar or the account menu), scroll to Delete Account, and confirm with your password.

2. Can't sign in? Request deletion by email

If you've lost access to your account, email realaspirantsathi@gmail.com from the email address on your account (or with whatever proof of ownership you can provide) and ask us to delete it. We'll verify and process the request within 7 business days.

3. What gets deleted

Once your account is deleted:

• You're signed out immediately and can no longer log in with that account.
• We stop using your personal data for any active purpose — no more notifications, no more analytics tied to your identity.
• Your profile information, test attempts, bookmarks and referral activity are removed from active use on the Platform.

4. What we retain, and why

As explained in our Privacy Policy, we retain payment and invoice records for up to 8 years even after account deletion, because Indian tax and accounting law requires it. We also retain anything we're legally required to keep for an active dispute, refund request, or fraud investigation until that matter is resolved. Nothing else is kept.

5. Reconsidering?

Deletion is permanent for your account and its data — we can't restore a deleted account. If you just want to stop paying for Premium, you don't need to delete anything: Premium subscriptions don't auto-renew (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy), so simply not purchasing again is enough.
